Acceptable use policy

Only upload videos of people who have consented to having their voice cloned and their video dubbed. This applies whether it's your own video, a client's, or content you have general usage rights to but didn't specifically clear for voice cloning — general video rights don't automatically include voice-cloning rights.

• Cloning a public figure's or private individual's voice without their consent
• Creating dubbed content designed to make someone appear to say something they didn't — even in translation, not just in the original language
• Using cloned voices for fraud, impersonation, or to bypass voice-authentication systems
• Uploading content depicting or involving minors in a way that isn't appropriate for the platform
• Uploading content you don't have the underlying rights to (see the Copyright/DMCA policy)
• Using the Service to generate misinformation or deceptive political content

Remove the content, suspend the account, or terminate it outright, depending on severity — a first-time borderline case is treated differently than deliberate fraud. If you believe someone used DubQik to clone your voice or someone else's without consent, contact [your abuse-reporting email] — this is a different, faster path than the copyright process, since non-consensual voice cloning often isn't a copyright issue at all.
